- feature enhancement and bug fix
- Support DB_NETEC=2 or 3, enabling network encryption with the AES-128 or AES-256 method
- Support ALTER MAX CONNECTION syntax to control per-user maximum connection limits
- Support NEXTVAL, CURRSER, and CURRVAL syntax on tables with serial columns for SELECT without FROM and INSERT INTO VALUES clause
- Support DB_LETPT=0 to disable page lock escalate to table lock
- Support CREATE OR REPLACE with SQL functions
- Support SQL functions with LOAD, UNLOAD, and DEF operations
- Support REBUILD PROCEDURE syntax for SQL procedure
- Support LIKE clause with UPPER function
- Added NETEC, NETZC, TCPIP columns to the SYSUSER table to track each user's network protocol
- Added support to correctly reset database internal time when system time is set forward and then back. Users must set DB_SMODE=2 and DB_FORCS=1, then restart the database to reset the internal time
- Changed default start mode of dmsvcutl.exe to Auto Start (Delayed) for improved service initialization
- Removed: JDBC Type 3 driver deprecated; feature no longer included in installation

- Added DCI_CREATE_TABLE_NOCACHE keyword in DCI_CONFIG to control NOCACHE usage when creating tables. Default is on; set tbname_pat=off to remove the NOCACHE keyword from CREATE TABLE commands
- Fix DCI READ NEXT LOCK and WHERE clause with concurrent delete may get wrong result
- Optimized DCI READ/START operations by reducing malloc/free calls, improving performance and memory efficiency

- JSQL now saves results in .csv format by default (instead of .txt)
- JSQL fixes an issue where SQL history could not be disabled
- JSQL supports SQL history via a popup dialog
- JSQL can now run as a standalone application
