What are DBMaker's multimedia capabilities?

DBMaker has excellent multimedia access and management capabilities. The DBMaker database management system can access text, graphics, images, sound files, animation files, etc., and stores multimedia data in multiple columns on a single table. DBMaker can manage multimedia data in two ways:

1. Store multimedia data directly in a database, with all control and management through the database management system.

2. Multimedia data exists as a file object, and is not stored in the database directly. However, the file object can be accessed by the database management system.

Besides using alphabetic numeric column numbers to identify multimedia data, data can be accessed by pattern matching according a specified condition.
