DBMaker Version 4.13

DBMaker 4.13 provides some enhancements and resolves some issues that
have not been addressed in previous releases.
Issues Resolved:
- Stored procedures can be created in .Net environment
- Errors are no longer returned until the number of aggregate functions in a SQL statement reaches 32
- The high CPU usage issue on Linux is resolved
- Express ATR for two tables with BLOB data will work correctly
- Using NULL in union no longer returns wrong result sets
- The algorithm of update tablespace statistics is improved
- The function PI can be used in SQL commands as "{FN PI()}" format
- Some issues with MSQuery and Delphi are resolved
- JDBA tool allows users to re-arrange the order of columns
- Varchar columns' ending spaces will no longer be trimmed after "alter table" or "select into"
- Parentheses are longer required in outer join statements
- Joins between float, double and decimal columns will return correct results
- The hanging issue happened in some Java/JDBC multithread programs is resolved
